I’m so happy to welcome Bayaz Zeynalova as the newest member of our team, joining us in July!  Bayaz joins Slover Linett as Research Manager, bringing her strong background in project management and social research to this role.  Even with our team still largely working remotely, she is well up to speed and already supporting the implementation of a number of projects, including our work with Brookfield Zoo, the High Line, and the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

Bayaz brings a unique perspective to Slover Linett, with deep experience working with multicultural teams across a variety of international settings.  Prior to joining Slover Linett, Bayaz managed numerous multi-stakeholder non-profit projects to combat human trafficking and provide refugee assistance, such as for the Norwegian Refugee Council in Azerbaijan and the Republic of Georgia as well as for the Austria-based International Center for Migration Policy Development. In tandem with her non-profit career, Bayaz developed a strong interest in program evaluation and social research, and she is passionate in thinking about ways to extend informal learning and family engagement in arts and culture experiences.

Bayaz holds a master’s degree in public policy from the University of Michigan and bachelor’s in economics from Baku State University, with additional certifications in museum studies and project management.

Please join us in welcoming Bayaz!
