Growing our team…and looking outside the box: Two great positions open

Interested in joining the most creative, community-focused research practice in the cultural sector? Or know someone who might be?

We’re kicking off the new year in growth gear. Having just promoted several outstanding members of our staff, we’re now looking for two wonderful people to join the team: a Researcher (or Senior Researcher) and a Research Coordinator.
We’re eager to hear from people who may not already be in the arts & culture world, and who can help that world see itself through fresh eyes. Researchers from a wide range of backgrounds and social-science disciplines. Bilingual Spanish speakers. People who are great at working with historically marginalized communities.
As we put it in the job description:

We seek to expand the range of perspectives, life-experiences, competencies, and identities on our team, so that we can learn more about, and work to get better at, using research as a tool for greater equity, inclusion, and innovation in the arts, museums, and other nonprofit cultural sectors.
