Before joining Slover Linett, Ashley worked as the assistant theatre manager and tour manager at Chicago Shakespeare Theater, and as delegate coordinator at the Edinburgh International Film Festival in Scotland. She earned her BA in acting and directing at the College of Charleston in South Carolina.
